Are you an experienced team coach with a wide range of methods and techniques? Do you want to help teams take more control and adopt a strength-based approach? Then we’re looking for you.
As a team coach, you will be assigned to various teams. You will guide them in setting team development goals and, where necessary, in identifying a need for a team coach. You will organize team coaching sessions and/or participate in regular meetings. You will help the team gain insight into the consequences of their actions and support them in enhancing their own problem-solving capabilities. You maintain active contact with the team and monitor the progress of team development. You understand team dynamics and interaction patterns and bring them to light in the here and now, making complex or sensitive issues open for discussion. In doing so, you ensure that teams become aware of their stage of team development.
In addition to team coaching, you also offer individual coaching and peer supervision, and occasionally lead workshops or training sessions. With your broad repertoire of interventions, you provide teams with tools to foster team development. You easily adapt your communication style to different organizational levels. You identify organizational patterns and are not afraid to call them out. When dealing with conflicting interests, you consistently maintain a neutral or multi-sided stance. Through your coaching, teams create more autonomy and experience greater job satisfaction. A team that is solid and results-oriented provides better care to our clients. And that’s what you’re here for!
The People & Organization department consists of the HQ Academy, HR Business Partners, HR Specialists, Workforce & Recruitment, and HR Service Desk teams. You will be part of the HQ Academy team and the team coaches subteam, where you will work alongside three enthusiastic and knowledgeable fellow team coaches.

You are a person of integrity and approach your work with humor and a healthy sense of perspective. You excel at using yourself as a tool and pinpointing the root of the problem.
