The Van Gogh Museum’s Presentation and Programming Group is tasked with translating the content and scholarly knowledge of the Van Gogh Museum and the Mesdag Collection for the general public in order to inspire and move them. We do this through target-audience-specific educational and interpretive resources, exhibitions, and publications. In doing so, we strive to create an organization and programming that is inclusive and provides space for diverse perspectives and experiences.
For the Presentation and Programming Group, we are looking for a:

As the Diversity & Inclusion Program Manager, you will play a driving and monitoring role, focused on progress and policy development in the areas of Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Connection. You report to the Head of Presentation and Programming but work organization-wide to strengthen inclusive practices in the organizational culture and public programming, in collaboration with the relevant department and group heads. The four Ps—Personnel, Public, Programming, and Partners—serve as your guiding principles. You play a unifying role and foster awareness and development in this area.

The Museum Collective Bargaining Agreement applies. The full-time salary (36 hours) ranges from €4,131 to €5,561 gross per month, based on education and experience, with pay scale 11 applying.
