We believe it is important for our colleagues to have the opportunity to grow. That is why we offer a wide range of training courses and development programs.

- Initially, a one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position; - A second-class public transportation pass for commuting and business travel using public transportation or an OV-fiets; - With a 36-hour workweek, you’ll receive at least 24 days of leave per year. Thanks to public holiday compensation and wellness leave, this can increase to approximately 30 days of leave. In addition, you can purchase extra leave hours through your IKB; - Other terms of employment are in accordance with the Social Work Collective Bargaining Agreement (CAO). For example, you’ll receive an individual choice budget of 17.07%, which includes vacation pay and a year-end bonus. You’ll also accrue a monthly career budget of 1.5%. We value your well-being and therefore offer you an annual sports allowance of €100; - A reference check and a Certificate of Good Conduct are part of this hiring process; - Through an interactive onboarding program, we offer you a warm welcome and a strong start.

If you apply for one of our job openings, you’ll hear back from us within two weeks. If, based on the information you provide, we see opportunities for you within our organization, we’ll invite you to an introductory meeting—your first job interview. During this meeting, you’ll meet at least 2 and at most 3 colleagues. The initial interview is designed for us to assess whether there is a good fit and, of course, for you to determine if you’d like to work with us. If both parties are satisfied with this meeting, we’ll invite you to the next step. This may include a second interview, a competency questionnaire, meeting clients, and/or shadowing us for part of a day. If all parties involved give a resounding “yes” at this stage, you’ll move on to a discussion of employment terms. There are also a few other steps that need to be completed. These include contacting references, applying for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG), and—if relevant—we’ll ask you to bring your original diplomas so we can make copies.
