Where will I be working?

Quality and Continuous Learning (KBL) is a network organization. Stakeholders in the youth care sector work together to sustainably improve the quality of youth care. KBL’s mission is to establish a culture of continuous learning and improvement at all levels of youth care, thereby enhancing the quality of care. The starting point for quality is always the goal that the child, the young person, and the parents establish together with the professional.

At KBL, we bring together the perspectives of children, young people, parents, people with lived experience, professionals, youth support organizations, local teams, municipalities, the national government, and the academic community.
