At Greenpeace Netherlands , we work side by side for a green and livable planet. We do this with courage and optimism. In recent years, Greenpeace Netherlands has built a solid foundation with clear processes and dashboards. It’s up to you to take this to the next level. You will not only provide advice and develop these processes, but you will also actively oversee the quality of our multidisciplinary processes: from the very first Program Plan to the final Campaign Evaluation, and from the multi-year strategy to annual plans and results.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for analyzing, advising, and supporting the entire organization in the development and implementation of policies and processes. You’ll take a critical yet constructive look at how we work and where we can improve. Your goal? To continuously raise the quality of our services and processes to the next level.
You will serve as the strategic right-hand person to our LT (Executive Management and Department Heads) and the project leaders. You will take a critical, guiding look at how we work and will be given a clear mandate to ensure effective, data-driven decision-making and execution.
With your analytical and sharp process-oriented perspective, you maintain a broad overview and bring calm and focus. You are able to provide a counterbalance when processes or strategic goals are lost sight of. You easily maintain a broad network at the tactical level and understand that processes are about people. In your view, change requires a healthy mix of empathy, decisiveness, and the ability to get things done.
You will be working within the People & Culture (P&C) and Organizational Development team. This team consists of 7 colleagues with expertise in the areas of P&C, Diversity & Inclusion, Culture, and Organizational Development. Within the team, each colleague has their own area of focus. You will be responsible for the process-oriented and structuring aspects of our organizational development. The team is part of the Operations department.
Working at Greenpeace means you’ll be making a direct contribution to the most important cause of our time. You’ll join a team of passionate colleagues who are working together to ensure a livable planet.
