
Kickstart your career with the Young Colfield Talent Program traineeship!
Do you have up to two years of work experience and are you looking to take your first or next step in your career? Do you want to grow from a promising newcomer into a confident young professional with a clear understanding of your unique qualities and values? Then our Talent Program is for you!
Over the course of two years, you’ll have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills through us on challenging assignments with clients such as ING, ABN Amro, Budbee, Nidos, innovative startups, large municipalities, and other government agencies. On average, you’ll complete three assignments lasting approximately six to eight months each with different clients. These might include roles such as project manager, innovation manager, business consultant, or customer journey expert. This gives you the chance to discover which role and organization suit you best, and where your unique qualities shine the most. You’ll also learn a lot about yourself in various situations and circumstances.
Over the course of these two years, you will undergo an intensive personal development program alongside your assignments. This consists of one-on-one coaching from a Talent Manager and a comprehensive training program. You will receive both hard skills training (Scrum, Lean, Presentation Skills, Change Management, Consultancy Skills) and soft skills training (Expectation Management, Personal Vision, MBTI Personality Profile, Boxing as a Mirror for Behavior). You will follow this program alongside a team of seven other trainees, with whom you will build a close bond.
In addition to our drive and ambition, we place a strong emphasis on building connections with one another. Throughout the year, we organize a variety of formal and informal activities, invite guest speakers, go on an annual winter sports trip, go sailing together, and put on our own festival!
