Government & Society Advisor

As a Governance & Society Consultant, you’ll work on renewal and innovation within today’s complex social issues. Through your dedication, you’ll contribute to projects that have a positive impact on security, digitalization, and migration. You understand better than anyone that society is constantly changing and that complex issues such as the asylum crisis, subversive crime, and increasing digitalization require a multidisciplinary approach. You know how to connect content, interests, and the environment, and you bring a fresh, sharp perspective to clients. You apply your skills to one of our many (semi-)public clients, such as the COA, the VNG, and the municipality of Almere. What we offer

• Compensation: We offer a competitive salary plus an attractive performance-based bonus of approximately two months' salary. Proactive initiatives are rewarded. Read more about what we have to offerhere.
• Vacation: Our work is fun, but so are vacations! We offer 28 vacation days and the option to purchase additional days. In addition, you’ll receive an 8.33% annual vacation bonus, which is equivalent to approximately one month’s salary.
