Data IT Traineeship - Young Expert Program

What does your traineeship look like?

From day one, you’ll be working in a high-impact IT role at one of our client companies. At the same time, you’ll follow a customized training program tailored to your ambitions. There’s a strong focus on who you are as a person and where you want to grow. You choose the track that suits you best:

Software Development Internship - Becomean expert in back-end, front-end, or DevOps. You’ll gain a solid foundation in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript, build applications, and work on real-world client solutions.

Data Science Internship - Learnhow to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll work with programming languages like Python and R, expand your knowledge of SQL even further, and use tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.

Business IT Traineeship - Becomethe crucial link that ensures IT solutions align with the organization’s needs. You’ll expand your knowledge of methodologies such as Scrum, Prince2, and ITIL, and develop skills such as consulting and stakeholder management.‍

What does the application process look like?

After your introductory meeting at Young Colfield, we’ll work together to find the right assignment for you. You’ll receive guidance during interviews with potential clients and honest feedback. You’ll learn more about the role and the team so you can make an informed decision. This way, you can start an assignment that truly suits you with confidence, allowing you to make an impact while staying true to yourself.

After the traineeship

What do you bring to the table? 

• A bachelor's degree from a university of applied sciences or a master's degree in a technical field;
  
• A passion for IT and a thirst for knowledge;
  
• An interest in personal development and a willingness to work on it;
  
• You don’t shy away from challenges; you’re decisive and thoughtful;
  
• You are able to communicate effectively in Dutch and English (minimum B2 level).
