As an Education Consultant, you are committed to future-proof education. You work on projects that have a positive impact on high-quality education that is accessible to everyone. Together with your colleagues, you focus on the themes of educational quality, equal opportunity, and future-proof organizational structures. You understand that the educational landscape is complex. With your keen insight, you tackle challenges and come up with solutions. You connect content, interests, and context, thereby advocating for our clients in the education sector. What we offer

• Training: Withapproximately 20 training days per year and a training budget of €30,000, we offer you a comprehensive training program. Visit ourtraining pagefor more information.
• Compensation: Weoffer a competitive salary plus an attractive performance-based bonus of approximately two months' salary. Proactive initiatives are rewarded. Read more about what we have to offerhere.
• Vacation: Ourwork is fun, but so are vacations! We offer 28 days of vacation and the option to purchase additional days. In addition, you’ll receive 8.33% in vacation pay each year, which is equivalent to approximately one month’s salary.
