

As a trainee in our Talent Program, you’ll go from being a recent graduate with potential to a confident young professional with a wealth of subject-matter expertise in just two years! You’ll be challenged by a variety of assignments and training sessions. You’ll also begin a comprehensive personal development program.
You’ll be working with several of our leading and innovative clients. Over the course of two years, you’ll complete an average of three assignments lasting approximately six to eight months each, working with a wide range of companies—from established corporations and government agencies of all sizes to innovative startups and scale-ups. In roles such as project manager, advisor, innovation manager, scrum master, business consultant, or customer journey expert. This gives you the opportunity to discover how you can apply your skills in different environments and where your challenges lie.
