As a trainee in our Talent Program, you’ll go from being a recent graduate with potential to a confident young professional with a wealth of subject-matter expertise in just two years! You’ll be challenged by a variety of assignments and training sessions. You’ll also begin a comprehensive personal development program.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be working with several of our leading and innovative clients. Over the course of two years, you’ll complete an average of three assignments lasting approximately six to eight months each, working with a wide range of companies—from established corporations and government agencies of all sizes to innovative startups and scale-ups. In roles such as project manager, advisor, innovation manager, scrum master, business consultant, or customer journey expert. This gives you the opportunity to discover how you can apply your skills in different environments and where your challenges lie.

What can you expect from us?

  • Training:In addition to your assignment, you will participate in a comprehensive training program. This includes both hard skills training (such as Scrum, LEAN, Change Management, and Consultancy Skills) and soft skills training (such as Expectation Management, Personal Vision, MBTI, and Boxing as a Mirror for Behavior). You will also receive a training budget of €1,000 to use as you see fit.
  • Vacation:In addition to your challenging assignments and training, you are entitled to 26 days of vacation and receive an 8% annual vacation bonus.
  • Salary:Starting salary of €2,700 in the first year, increasing to €2,900 in the second year.
  • Phone allowance:Receive a monthly allowance of €65 net for your phone.
  • Travel Expense Reimbursement:Use a Public Transportation Business Card for your travel expenses.
  • Volunteer Day:Make a difference in your community by participating in the annual Volunteer Day.
  • Talent Manager:As a trainee, you’ll receive monthly one-on-one coaching from your personal Talent Manager.
  • Team of Trainees:Learn and grow alongside a team of 7 other trainees. Enjoy group training sessions, outings, and team-building activities.

What do you bring to the table?

  • A completed master’s degree program that demonstrates your affinity for the business world.
  • Up to 2 years of work experience.
  • You don’t shy away from challenges; you’re decisive and thoughtful.
  • You are open-minded: You are confident enough to be yourself, and you are open to trying new experiences and environments and learning from them.
  • An interest in personal development and a desire to get to know yourself better and challenge yourself.
  • You have strong communication skills in Dutch (minimum level C1)‍
