

Through your work, you help ensure that people can live comfortably and affordably in the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area. As an Owner Representative, you serve as Eigen Haard’s primary point of contact within homeowners’ associations and work to ensure proper maintenance, collaboration, and future-proof residential complexes.

Amsterdam – 28 to 32 hours per week
Eigen Haard manages 58,000 homes, 11,000 of which are part of Homeowners’ Associations. In approximately 50 of these associations, you will serve as the primary point of contact and the face of Eigen Haard. You will represent the interests of our tenants and the housing association, and you’ll take an active interest in the complex as if you lived there yourself. Your work directly impacts people’s daily lives. You contribute to proper maintenance, greater comfort, lower energy costs, and a pleasant living environment. In doing so, you deal with diverse interests and situations. No two days are the same. What makes this role particularly special is that you’ll be working within a department that’s constantly evolving. Owner Representation is part of Portfolio and Asset Management. Together, we’re working to further professionalize real estate management. Your practical experience with homeowners’ associations will be invaluable in this effort.
Relationship management is at the heart of your work. You build lasting relationships with homeowners’ association boards, co-owners, property managers, and colleagues at Eigen Haard. You know when to listen, when to provide guidance, and when a compromise is needed.
