As a (junior) performance & reward consultant at Berenschot, you will work alongside experienced colleagues to support clients by offering and advising on services and solutions in the areas of organizational design, restructuring, performance and career management, (executive) compensation, employee value proposition, employee journey, and people analytics.
By embracing innovation and leveraging value propositions, employee preferences, market trends, and the strategic direction of organizations, you will work with your colleagues to develop forward-thinking policies, innovative tools, processes, and support solutions. Your goal is to optimize the overall employee experience and enhance the broader benefits package, including appropriate salary levels.
