
As an HR Associate, you ensure that HR processes run smoothly
We are looking for a colleague to serve as a temporary replacement due to illness and maternity leave, for the period from July/August through January 2027.

As an HR Associate, you’ll be a solid pillar of our HR organization. You’ll ensure that processes run smoothly, deadlines are met, and records are accurate. Employees and managers know where to turn to you with questions, and you’ll help them with clear answers and practical solutions.
You will process personnel changes, maintain absence records, and assist with various HR processes, such as recruitment and selection. At the same time, you will look beyond mere execution: you will identify bottlenecks and actively contribute ideas on how to make processes smarter and more efficient.
You will work alongside two HR Advisors as part of a dedicated and knowledgeable team. At Wooncompagnie, HR functions as an integrated part of the management structure: managers are responsible for their teams. You and your colleagues will support them by providing advice, structure, and practical tools. In this way, you will help create an organization where employees enjoy working together and have opportunities for professional growth.
