Junior Producer for the Top 2000

NTR is the broadcaster behind acclaimed shows such as *Het Klokhuis*, *Andere Tijden*, *Dream School*, and *De Lesbische Liga*. In the fields of culture, news, education, and science, we offer content for all audiences, with programs and platforms that inspire and lead to new insights and personal growth.

"DeTop 2000 a gogo" and"De Grote Top 2000 Quiz" are both studio-based shows that feature plenty of archival footage and reports. The format of both shows has been rock-solid for years, and they are staples of our programming. They are produced by enthusiastic and experienced music program producers.

Our Verdiepende Kunst editorialteam is looking for a:

Junior Producer (m/f/x)

32 hours per week

Here's what you'll be doing:

You will work alongside the producer on various music-related TV programs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Top 2000 features;
• Assist with preparations for shooting days, such as planning and arranging facilities and locations;
• Coordinating and managing crowds;
• Requesting and processing video and audio licenses, and ensuring that the requested material is delivered to the correct destination;
• Handling the post-production of video editing and audio;
• Properly managing program administration. This includes archiving video footage and rights information, as well as some financial administration.

Requirements

This is you:

• You have experience as a junior producer in television and/or radio productions;
• You are able to handle multiple tasks at once without losing track of the big picture and understand where the priorities lie;
• You are able to handle stress and are meticulous: even in stressful situations, you remain precise;
• You are flexible in your thinking and adaptable in your work. Working hours and days may vary and sometimes fall on weekends or evenings;
• You are independent and proactive, but also a true team player;
• You have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

The peak season for this position is around the third and fourth quarters. The recordings for*De Grote Top 2000 Quiz*take place from early to mid-October. The recordings for*Top 2000 a gogo*are scheduled for December 12, 13, and 14, 2026.

Here's what we offer:

A temporary contract from September 1 through December 18, 2026. Depending on your knowledge and experience, this position will be compensated within salary grade F (€3,032.79 – €4,241.24) of the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Broadcasting Personnel. The other terms and conditions of employment are also in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Broadcasting Personnel.

As an NTR employee, you will receive a 6% year-end bonus, 8% vacation pay, a travel allowance, more than five weeks of vacation per year, annual salary increases, a group pension plan, and a monthly contribution toward your health insurance.
