
The Stadsschouwburg and the PHIL are Haarlem’s two largest venues. From hip-hop shows to cabaret, from pop and classical concerts to soul performances—not to mention all the corporate events and conferences. Our programming covers it all. Due to a maternity leave, we are looking for an energetic, creative Graphic Designer who enjoys working on a variety of projects, can handle deadlines well, and can maintain a clear overview.
To cover a maternity leave, we are looking for a Graphic Designer to work 32 hours per week from October 2024 through March 2025.
The Stadsschouwburg and the PHIL are the two largest venues in the city of Haarlem. The organization consists of 55 full-time staff members, 50 catering staff, and a team of volunteers, who work together to ensure that all performances and events at both venues run smoothly. The Marketing & Sales department has 14 employees.
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for all design work, working with two different corporate identities. During your time with us, ticket sales for the PHIL’s new season will begin. In terms of design, this is always a hectic and highly dynamic period: from a season brochure to selecting the key image for the new season, you will coordinate and produce all communications and advertisements for this project.
