Over the past few years, GITP has built up an extensive network of specialized assessment psychologists, trainers, and role-players. These specialists have been working on our projects under the GITP banner for years. Together, they form the flex pool. As a flex pool coordinator, you are the central hub ensuring the flex pool is properly staffed so that all services can be delivered optimally. This is a versatile and independent role. You recruit, negotiate, evaluate, contract, and collaborate closely with managers from the internal organization. You are the first point of contact for the flexible trainers and assessment psychologists. You ensure they feel at home, but also that they are able to deliver the very best service. You are responsible for ensuring that new flex employees are properly trained and that existing flex employees feel engaged and can develop professionally in accordance with GITP quality standards.

You have several years of recent experience in HR and an affinity for management. You are energetic, take initiative, have a wide network, and enjoy building relationships. You are a strong communicator, but also know how to build rapport and foster connections. You enjoy being responsible for the flex pool and ensuring optimal alignment with the internal organization’s needs. You are self-motivated and think strategically. You organize and ensure that all processes related to the flex pool are continuously improved, so that everything runs smoothly for everyone involved. In addition, you are available for at least 32 hours per week. You possess the following competencies:
