
We host over 400 events a year, ranging from cabaret, music, dance, and theater to television productions, business meetings, and pop concerts. All of these events take place at our two venues, the Stadsschouwburg and the PHIL, in the bustling center of Haarlem.
You understand that there’s a complex administrative process going on behind the scenes. We’re looking for a meticulous and friendly Financial Administrative Assistant to work 24–30 hours a week to ensure that our records are in perfect order.
We are a single organization with two prominent venues in the center of Haarlem. Our team, consisting of 55 full-time staff members, approximately 50 hospitality staff, and a dedicated group of volunteers, works together to ensure that all performances and events run smoothly. The Finance and Control department, which reports to management, consists of three staff members.
As a Financial Administrative Assistant, you’ll be our financial jack-of-all-trades, carefully handling administrative tasks. You’ll also support other departments with contract management.
