What do we offer?

- Compensation: in the form of a salary in accordance with the VVT collective bargaining agreement, FWG 50 (min.€3,337.00and max.€4,480.00based on full-time employment)
- Year-end bonus of 8.33% of gross annual income and vacation pay of 8% per year

What will you be doing?
- Exploring locations throughout the city: You’ll travel around Amsterdam by bike, tram, or car to get to know our locations. You’ll immerse yourself in the team and the target audience, and your input will help give each job posting a unique, compelling message.
- Writing inspiring job postings: You translate your on-site experiences into compelling copy. Whether you’re writing on your own or collaborating with clients to bring their story to life, your words attract the right candidates.
- Getting to know candidates on a deeper level: When talking with candidates, you look beyond their resumes. You actively engage with them about their future and identify where their talents will be best utilized.
- Organizing recruitment events: You will organize events where candidates can experience the diversity of Cordaan and learn about our mission of inclusion.
- Advisor and strategic partner: You’ll work closely with team leaders and managers, offering both solicited and unsolicited advice on recruitment strategies. Using data and your experience, you’ll help improve the recruitment process.
Who are you?
- You have a bachelor'sdegree
- You have experience as a (corporate) recruiter and are accustomed to handling a larger caseload (20–30 job openings)
- You have experience in an advisory role and excel at relationship management
- Cordaan is a large organization with approximately 6,000 employees, and you navigate it with ease. With your proactive approach, you can clearly identify areas for improvement and support. Where will you be working?
Cordaan offers a wide variety of care facilities throughout Amsterdam. With us, you won’t just be working at a desk in our Havengebouw building next to Amsterdam Central Station (with a stunning view of the IJ River); you’ll also head out into the city to get to know our teams and facilities in person.

Together with six other recruiters, you’ll be part of a proactive, innovative team that’s putting recruitment at Cordaan on the map.
