Library System Policy Officer

The library network of the future. That’s where you’ll work as a policy officer

toward that goal. Through your work, you strengthen our network. You do this by continuously

maintain contact with all of our libraries. This involves traveling throughout the country

and stay on top of things. At KB, you’re a facilitator, strategist, and networker all in one.

And there’s more. You are the library system policy officer who:

• Management is leading the way in further development

and implementation of the joint collection plan (www.bibliotheeknetwerk.nl/collectie/collectieplan) – this collection plan must

ensure consistency between the physical and digital collections of the

public library services.

• Coordinates activities at the

the area of data collection and monitoring for the Network Agenda (www.bibliotheeknetwerk.nl/publicaties/dossier-bibliotheekstatistiek-2021) in collaboration with the team
