What will you be doing?

We are a dynamic company characterized by growth and innovation. As a leading player in our industry, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced all-around finance professional with specific expertise in accounts payable, HR, and lease administration. Are you detail-oriented, able to handle pressure, and capable of switching seamlessly between various financial tasks? If so, you may be the professional we’re looking for!

Your responsibilities will consist of several components.

Lease Administration:

  • Serve as the point of contact for the organization and the leasing company.
  • Processing and reviewing applications for (new) lease vehicles.
  • Tracking and verifying changes to contracts and invoices.
  • Accurate, complete, and timely processing of changes in the lease records.
  • Contract management: monitoring expiration dates and proactively following up on alerts.

Accounts Payable:

  • Ensure that purchase invoices are processed correctly by the financial accounting department.
  • Reviewing suspense accounts, daily transactions, and following up on discrepancies.
  • Preparing (weekly) payments.
  • Serve as the point of contact for questions from the organization and creditors.

HR administration:

  • Processing of mobility plans, such as the NS Business Card
  • Processing and handling employee expense reports and requests.

Who do you work with?

You will be working in a team of eight colleagues who collectively manage all of Berenschot’s finances.

What are you bringing?

As the ideal candidate for this position, you will have:

  • an MBO+ level of work and thinking (preferably a completed MBO and/or HBO program in a financial-administrative field)
  • demonstrable knowledge and experience in maintaining records in a practical setting
  • the ability to quickly learn IT systems; experience with Afas and Excel is a plus
  • the ability to work with precision and switch effortlessly between different tasks
  • ability to handle stress, communication skills, and proactivity
  • At least three years of relevant work experience.
