As a senior analyst in the Security program, your primary responsibility is to actively gather information and produce well-reasoned analyses that lead to concrete actions and long-term results. This enables your colleagues to make informed decisions regarding policy interventions.

Your strength lies in providing reliable information and analysis. You enhance our information advantage by making data from various sources accessible—both hard data and “soft” information. In doing so, you ensure that (complex) security issues are brought to light and that multidisciplinary actions can be taken.
In the Safety department, approximately 25 colleagues work closely together to make Arnhem safer. This work is divided into six clusters: Subversion, Neighborhood Safety, Care & Safety, Youth & Safety, Public Order & Safety, and Information & Safety. You will be working in the latter cluster. The program is currently being developed and expanded. The atmosphere within our team is professional, open, collegial, and collaborative. We work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. The coming period will be focused on further professionalization. As a senior security analyst, you will be working across the entire security domain.
