You will be joining theCollection Advisory & Programming team. Our advisors work closely with the libraries. For example, they help develop innovative collection activities and program lines for specific target groups. They also ensure that the collection aligns with the programming and vice versa. As a Senior Collection Advisor, you will assist libraries with their collection strategies and support curators and programmers in their professional development by devising innovative, overarching projects and providing tailored advice, as well as by supporting and fostering the collection network in North and South Holland. You will work as a project leader who structures, monitors, and manages projects. You will translate trends in society and the cultural sector into practical and actionable advice.
