NTR is the broadcaster behind acclaimed shows such as *Het Klokhuis*, *Culture Bites*, *Dream School*, and *De Lesbische Liga*. In the fields of culture, information, education, and science, we offer content for all audiences, with programs and platforms that inspire and lead to new insights and personal growth.
Our Culture editorial team produces radio, TV, and online content about music, youth culture, and social issues. This includes content forNPO BLEND, the radio station for listeners aged 35 to 49 who love (classic) hip-hop, neo-soul, and R&B.
ForNPO BLENDand the afternoon showBridge The Gap, we are looking for a:
32 hours per week
A temporary contract from the end of August 2026 through December 31, 2026. Depending on knowledge and experience, this position will be compensated within salary grade F (€3,032.79 – €4,241.24) of the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Broadcasting Personnel. The other terms and conditions of employment are also in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Broadcasting Personnel.
As an NTR employee, you will receive a 6% year-end bonus, 8% vacation pay, a travel allowance, more than five weeks of vacation per year, annual salary increases, a group pension plan, and a monthly contribution toward your health insurance.
