What will you be doing?
As a People & Culture Business Partner (P&C BP), you are the driving force behind a healthy, resilient, and diverse organization. You advise and support employees, managers, and senior leadership in developing and implementing P&C initiatives that directly contribute to our strategic goals. You look beyond the rules: you have a vision for the future of work.
- Strategic Consulting: You serve as a full-fledged strategic partner to managers and executive leadership on strategic workforce planning, (team) development, culture, and leadership.
- Learning & Development (L&D): You will develop and implement a vision for learning and development that aligns with Greenpeace’s strategy. You will foster employee engagement and promote talent development within the organization through targeted initiatives.
- Budget & Administration: You will assist managers in gaining insight into their personnel budget and ensure that personnel records are maintained accurately.
Who are you?
You are an experienced professional with strong analytical skills and a deep passion for people and culture. You understand that the impact of your work is felt throughout the organization, and you are willing to take calculated risks to elevate our culture to the next level.
- You have a college or university level of education and thinking, with a relevant background in P&C or HR.
- You have a keen sense of organizational dynamics: You know how to align interests and have a keen eye for the team’s atmosphere.
- You’re innovative and tech-savvy; you keep up with market trends and know how to translate them into innovations within Greenpeace. You pick up new software and automation tools in no time.
- Entrepreneurial and self-reliant: You demonstrate a high degree of initiative; you actively identify opportunities and are accustomed to working independently within general strategic frameworks.
- Results-oriented: You are a results-oriented team player who thrives on working together toward a common goal.
The team
You will be part of the People & Culture and Organizational Development team. The team consists of seven colleagues with expertise in People & Culture, Diversity & Inclusion, Culture, and Organizational Development.
Within the P&C team, each colleague has their own area of focus. Within the team, you are responsible for strategic issues and Learning & Development, and you serve as the P&C point of contact for all managers and the executive board.
The People & Culture team is part of the Operations Department.
