Are you outgoing, well-organized, and looking to make a difference? We’re currently seeking a new team member for our Service Team—someone who enjoys helping others, keeps things organized, and contributes to a safe living environment.
This is a 18-hour-per-week position, with a flexible schedule spread over several days. This is perfect if you want to keep some time free for your family, studies, or other projects.
As a member of our Service Team, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents in our region with questions about fire safety. You’ll also provide friendly assistance to our partners at local governments and other organizations. With your customer-focused approach and knowledge of our organization, you’ll ensure that everyone receives prompt assistance. As the hub of our operations, you’ll serve as a source of information, a point of contact, and provide administrative support—for example, by processing requests for advice in our case management system. You’ll switch quickly between incoming calls, emails, and colleagues who stop by your desk.
You don’t need to know all of this right away. We have a handy system where you can find the most frequently asked questions. And if there’s something you don’t know, there’s always a colleague ready to help!
You are an enthusiastic, creative, and proactive team member who can work in a structured and independent manner. You thrive on interacting with our customers and supporting your immediate colleagues. You contribute ideas and think ahead; you are a team player, customer-focused, flexible, and results-oriented.
