Intake Coordinator

supporting victims by listening, organizing, and

What will you be doing?
As a member of the national Intake Team, you will proactively contact people by phone
contact victims, their families, and witnesses. You analyze the
clients' requests for assistance and, if necessary, refers them to the appropriate
internal or external departments. Your contribution ensures that your team
meets its goals on a daily and weekly basis and serves clients well and on time
receive assistance. In emergency situations and during large-scale operations, you will provide support
in assisting victims. In consultation with others, you will also be included in the schedule for
emergency care.
You will also contribute to various pilot programs and projects
