As a member of the national Intake Team, you will proactively contact people by phone
contact victims, their families, and witnesses. You analyze the
clients' requests for assistance and, if necessary, refers them to the appropriate
internal or external departments. Your contribution ensures that your team
meets its goals on a daily and weekly basis and serves clients well and on time
