The Nederlands Blazers Ensemble (NBE) is a group of more than twenty top musicians who come together about eighty times a year to perform unique programs both in the Netherlands and abroad. A shared passion and thirst for adventure drive the NBE to create theatrical music programs that rarely fit neatly into a single musical category.
In addition to its concert series at venues across the Netherlands, including the Concertgebouw and the Muziekgebouw aan ’t IJ, the NBE produces the highly anticipated New Year’s Concert each year, which is broadcast on television. The NBE is distinguished not only by its unique style, high quality, and diverse repertoire, but also regularly demonstrates its social commitment through special projects, both in the Netherlands and internationally. In addition, the NBE takes its role as a cultural inspirer and talent mentor very seriously.
We are looking for a
Marketing and Communications Specialist (0.6–0.8 FTE)
Together with the Head of Marketing, you will help implement the marketing strategy of the Nederlands Blazers Ensemble. You will be responsible for marketing and communications-related tasks, such as maintaining and managing our website, assisting with PR and marketing campaigns, overseeing print materials, sending out marketing mailings, maintaining and refining the CRM system, and creating an archive of completed projects. You will contribute strategic input on audience development and branding, while also performing practical tasks such as supplying materials and coordinating and editing various communications.
