As an Executive Secretary at Victim Support Netherlands, you will be part of the Executive Office and work closely with fellow secretaries and the Executive Board secretary. You will support the executive management and department heads with administrative and secretarial tasks.
You plan, organize, and support meetings, gatherings, and work visits. You draft agendas, prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and track action items. You maintain an overview of the schedule and identify bottlenecks in processes or consultation structures. In addition, you independently and proactively manage the schedules of the executive board and department heads and ensure that meetings are well prepared. You also handle correspondence, manage email inboxes, and carefully process incoming mail and phone calls.
