Sustainability / ESG / DEI Consultants Wanted

Mid-level or senior experience preferred

A passion for sustainability

You help organizations turn their ambitions into action when it comes to sustainability. This includes developing sustainable business strategies, helping companies prepare for ESG regulations, or creating climate goals and diversity and inclusion policies. You’ll work independently on projects and, of course, you’ll be eager to share your experience with our younger colleagues. Together, we’ll make a positive impact on organizations and society as a whole.

Specifically, we are looking for consultants who are experienced in:

• management consulting/project management
• Developing sustainable business strategies and roadmaps
• Implementing/managing sustainability projects
• Developing ESG reporting
• ESG data (monitoring, reporting)
• Policies on ESG issues such as diversity and inclusion, climate, ethics, or circularity
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards such as CSRD, GRI, or ratings and certifications
• Knowledge of sustainable products, innovations, and business models
• You help create an open, inclusive, and equitable environment where everyone can thrive
• You’d enjoy helping our younger colleagues find their way in the world of sustainability.

As a consultant on our team, you’ll work on projects that make a difference. From the energy transition to the food transition, we challenge the status quo and discover new perspectives. You’ll have the freedom to innovate and turn concepts into practical solutions.

• Project management experience
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• A commitment to making an impact—business and social
• You speak Dutch fluently
• Experience with startups or startup collaborations is a plus

• You decide how much you work and which assignments you take on.
• You get to keep 80% of the fee—which is much more than with traditional consulting
• We invest 20% in you and the growth of nlmtd
• You'll receive a 12% commission when you bring in assignments for your colleagues
