Duty Manager

• Together with your colleagues, you will manage the customer service staff at De

  New Church | H’ART Museum.

• You ensure that visitors are welcomed in the best possible way. You guarantee

  the hospitality and customer-focused approach of all front-line staff, thereby setting an example.

• You are the point of contact both on the floor and

  to the public and serve as the public face of De Nieuwe Kerk | H’ART Museum.

• Bring your knowledge and skills

  You’re happy to help out, you solve problems right away, and you step in when needed.

• You will develop and monitor the operational

  planning. In addition, you will process input from all departments regarding daily

  activities and events at both locations in the scripts.

• You will ensure that the scripts

  are carried out correctly and you ensure a balanced distribution of tasks for the

  public relations staff.

• You will determine, in consultation with the Public Affairs Manager

  protocols and procedures regarding public reception and safety.

About Us

The De Nieuwe Kerk and H’ART Museum Staff Foundation is a creatively growing

an organization that produces exhibitions at both the Nieuwe Kerk and H’ART

Museum. We currently have a total of 49 colleagues, and the team consists of
