
As an Applied Psychology instructor, you will guide students in developing the skills they need to become entry-level professionals. Students work on realistic assignments drawn from professional practice, supported by lectures, training sessions, assessments, and guidance on projects, internships, and/or their final thesis. We deliver our instruction within learning communities as much as possible.

What are you bringing?
We are looking for a new colleague with a background in psychology or the social sciences. A college-level education and thinking ability are minimum requirements. Additionally, having already obtained the Basic Teaching Certification (BDB) is a plus. You must be available at least 4 days a week (including Wednesdays and Fridays). You have a professional network and an eye for relevant external developments. You are a team player, work independently, and take responsibility for organizing your own and others’ work. You are able to handle stress and manage peak workloads effectively.
Where will you be working?
The Applied Psychology program has approximately 1,250 students and about 65 dedicated staff members, most of whom are university-trained psychologists. The team is energetic, and there is a positive atmosphere. The Applied Psychology program works closely with the “Psychology for a Sustainable City” research group.
