As an executive assistant, your primary role is to support the Business Director, Rob Groot. You serve as his right-hand person, and with your independent work ethic, you ensure that he can carry out his internal and external responsibilities. In addition, you will work closely with the Executive Assistant to the General Manager; you will serve as each other’s backup and together form a “two-person team” for all matters related to executive management.
The job responsibilities include secretarial, administrative, and organizational tasks:
A high-level executive assistant who works independently, in a structured and detail-oriented manner, with excellent planning and prioritization skills, as well as strong communication skills (both written and verbal). You can thrive in a fast-paced environment and are not afraid to adapt quickly to ad-hoc requests.

The Museum Collective Labor Agreement applies. This position is classified in pay scale 8. Among other benefits, we offer: a laptop, a phone, travel allowance, a generous pension plan, 8% vacation pay, a 3.4% year-end bonus, a museum pass, and a health plan worth 150 euros per year. In addition, there is the option to work in a hybrid format.
