Carré Fund Coordinator

What will you be doing?

As Coordinator of the Carré Fund, you will support the Carré Fund team and board. The Carré Fund raises funds from endowment funds, foundations, private individuals, and companies for various projects. You will play a responsible and proactive role in this effort. You will provide services to and maintain contact with our partners. You will prepare receptions, premieres, and fundraising events together with your colleagues and the board, attend these events, and handle follow-up. You will manage the foundation’s secretarial duties and prepare board meetings. You will handle correspondence and write content for newsletters and the website.

You excel at personal and effective communication, both verbal and written. Scheduling appointments, handling administrative tasks, and managing internal operations are part of your responsibilities. You will collaborate with various departments, including Programming on project proposals, Marketing regarding communication materials, Service and Support on reservations and data management, and Financial Administration. You will assist in preparing grant applications and conduct prospect research.

• You are proactive and business-minded.
• Good at planning, organizing, and setting priorities.

• Flexible, including in terms of working hours (you’ll typically work regular office hours, but meeting with clients in the evening is part of your role).

You have experience in this or a similar role, knowledge of recruitment and marketing, and an interest in culture.
