The Marketing & Communications department plays a key role in increasing our impact by raising public awareness of everything the NTR is and does.
Our Marketing & Communications department is currently looking for an experiencedContent Marketer(32 hours per week)
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Managing social media and creating content: From TikTok to LinkedIn—you’ll come up with, create, and publish relevant posts for both organic and paid campaigns on NTR’s social media channels. You’ll enhance campaigns with your social media expertise.
- Creating content plans: You’ll work with marketing and communications consultants and editorial teams to develop targeted, project-based content plans for our publications. You’ll also consider how to respond to current events.
- Producing content independently: You’re not afraid to handle the entire content process on your own—from scouting, gathering, and editing material to writing compelling copy and scheduling posts on the right online channels. If possible, you’re also willing to go out and shoot footage yourself!?
- Analyze and optimize: You monitor the social media performance of your own titles, analyze, optimize, and evaluate their effectiveness based on objectives, and share these findings with the project team.
- Community management: You’ll engage with our audience, respond proactively, and turn feedback into action.
- Coming up with new ideas: You’ll actively contribute ideas to ensure the NTR’s social media strategy works as effectively as possible. With your conceptual and cross-media insights, you’ll give brainstorming sessions a creative boost and come up with innovative content formats
This is you:
- At least 2–4 years of experience as a content marketer, preferably in the media or cultural sector.
- Creative and proactive, with a passion for developing innovative content strategies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Analytical thinker with experience in monitoring and optimizing social media performance based on data.
- Independent and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- You are open to new ideas and have a knack for thinking outside the box.
- A keen eye for how images and text can complement each other.
- The ability to effortlessly empathize with different target audiences and respond to them effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of the latest trends and developments in online and social media.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Premiere, and Photoshop
- A passion for creating great content every day!
Here's what we offer:
A one-year contract with the possibility of extension. Depending on your knowledge and experience, this position is compensated within pay scale G of the broadcasting collective bargaining agreement. The other terms of employment also comply with the collective bargaining agreement for broadcasting staff.
As an NTR employee, you will receive, among other benefits, a 6% December bonus, 8% vacation pay, travel allowance, over 5 weeks of vacation annually, annual salary increases, a group pension plan, and a monthly contribution toward your health insurance.
