Consultant for Implementation in the Social Sector, Education, or Healthcare

What will you be doing?

In this role, you will work closely with our clients in the social sector, education, or healthcare to support them in addressing complex challenges, such as:

• the provision of adequate and affordable mental health care,
• shaping the form and content of regional partnerships,
• keeping our education accessible,
• ensuring the participation of people facing barriers to the labor market,
• ensuring the availability of youth care services,
• addressing an aging population, digitalization, and appropriate care.

These challenges require a combination of strategic thinking, content development, and strong execution skills. You will also serve as an advisor on substantive issues within your area of expertise.

Who do you work with?

You will be joining the Health and Social Development (ZMO) advisory group. The advisory group consists of a mix of experienced advisors, “fresh perspectives,” and driving forces. Within ZMO, you will work both within the “Social Fixers” market segment and in one of the sector teams—Social Services, Education, or Health Care—depending on your knowledge and experience.

What are you bringing?

At Berenschot, we’re looking to expand our diverse team. A sharp analytical mind and related skills are definitely a plus. Can you understand complex processes and find effective solutions? Do you have at least five years of relevant work experience, including some time as a project or program manager in a social organization? Are you skilled at navigating diverse interests and can you collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams? If so, you might just be the person we’re looking for.

You also have:

• an academic level of work and thinking,
• a strong network in one or more sectors within the social sector (social services, education, or healthcare),
• entrepreneurship to identify market opportunities and secure projects,
• flexibility and the ability to switch quickly between different projects
