Are you ready for a new challenge in the exciting world of real estate and public area development? As an experienced professional in this dynamic field, you are an enterprising bridge-builder who sees complex issues as opportunities to make an impact. At RPR Stakeholder Managers, an organization in transition, we believe in forward-thinking and unconventional approaches to area development. Here, you’ll not only have the chance to put your experience and energy to work, but also to actively contribute to our growing RPR Tribe. Want to learn more about this unique opportunity? Read on!

About RPR

At RPR Stakeholdermanagers, we believe that area development can be done differently. As a forward-thinking and unconventional company, we have built our identity around the process-driven management of both large and small-scale area development projects. We embrace ownership and responsibility, forge new connections, and enjoy thinking outside the box.

We share a sense of drive and passion with our colleagues, and together we’re building an “RPR Tribe.” Each of us has our own unique identity. In doing so, we’re developing a culture of our own where energy is contagious and ownership plays a key role. Our guiding principle is to do amazing things together and take ownership of what we do.

This is you

  • You are an experienced process manager in area development with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • You are a strategic networker who always knows who to approach and what interests are at stake.
  • You are the one calling the shots in a political context.
  • You’re able to adapt quickly. Given the strategic level at which you operate, that’s to be expected at this level.
  • You are able to translate strategy into practical, actionable plans and know how to get people on board with that process.
  • You have a wealth of (life) experience and serve as the link between all levels of an organization.
  • You are dedicated, resourceful, and have demonstrated that problems don’t always have to be solved the same way.
  • You must have at least a bachelor’s degree in business administration or public administration, or sufficient experience.

What do you do as a consultant in the public sector?

  • Managing complex public area development projects for the government.
  • Revitalizing stalled area development processes.
  • Turning strategies into practical, actionable plans and getting people on board with that process.
  • Building support and driving momentum in the complex process of urban development.

That’s why you’ll want to work at RPR

At RPR, you’ll join a dynamic environment where passion and enthusiasm set the tone. As a member of our close-knit team, you’ll enjoy a work atmosphere that’s not only professional but also informal. We’re a small organization with big ideas, and we offer a benefits package that not only meets your current needs but also looks toward your future.

With us, you’ll never have to wonder if there’s room for personal growth. In fact, we actively encourage it and provide the opportunities and space for you to develop further. Every day, you can enjoy refreshing lunch walks and monthly get-togethers that strengthen team spirit. Plus, we organize fun team activities and social outings, because we believe a good balance between work and play is essential.

RPR isn’t just fun and inspiring—it’s also a bit bold, in the best sense of the word. We’re generous with our attention and believe in the power of a close-knit team. What makes RPR even more special is the transition we’re currently undergoing. Colleagues are actively involved and given the opportunity to share their input. Together, we’re charting a course for an even more successful future.

But that’s not all—in addition to an inspiring work environment and opportunities for personal growth, we provide fresh fruit at the office every week. You’ll also be provided with alaptop, a company phone, and a company car, giving you all the tools you need to make the best possible contribution to RPR. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a contribution toward your health insurance and a solid retirement plan.

At RPR, we go beyond just work; we create a work environment where everyone thrives and contributes to the success of our organization.

The salary range is based on a 40-hour workweek.
