In an extremely tight labor market, you’ll build a visible, distinctive, and attractive employer brand. Every campaign you develop will directly contribute to attracting new colleagues and, in turn, to better care for the people of Amsterdam.

As a Labor Market Communications Advisor at , you are the subject matter expert in labor market communications. You translate our organizational objectives into a clear and well-founded labor market communications strategy. In doing so, you look beyond mere campaigns: you build an employer brand that reflects what Amsta stands for—personal, professional, and with an Amsterdam flair.
You are a strong yet approachable partner for the recruitment team, managers, and colleagues in communications. You listen, connect and are not afraid to give direction. In close collaboration with our recruitment team, you ensure that we are visible, recognisable and credible as an employer. For people who want to give their best in healthcare.
You combine strategic insight with practical expertise: you develop strategic campaign concepts and focus on maximizing discoverability and conversion, always with an eye for quality and the right tone.
Your responsibilities:
You’ll be part of our communications team: small, dedicated, and focused on collaboration. A close-knit team that includes three other communications advisors and a communications officer, in addition to you. Ideas are quickly taken up and implemented here. You’ll serve as the labor market communications specialist within the communications team. You’ll have complete freedom to apply your expertise and will work closely with the recruitment team. Every Tuesday, you’ll work from the historic Dr. Sarphatihuis, right in the heart of Amsterdam. We’ll coordinate the rest of your workdays together.

You are a keen observer and quickly grasp what matters. You are confident in setting the direction, persuasive, and able to inspire others to support your decisions (which you back up with data).
