ICT and Digital Development Advisor, 32 hours per week. Who are we? The library is constantly evolving and offers a space for connection, growth, and inspiration. We are an open, accessible “third place”—a social environment that complements the more familiar settings of home (“first place”) and the workplace (“second place”). With seven branches and two service points in Gooise Meren, Huizen, Wijdemeren, Blaricum, Eemnes, and Laren, 70 employees, and over 380 volunteers, we are ready to serve our guests. Together with social partners, schools, and municipalities, we work toward our goals: the joy of reading, digital inclusion, and lifelong learning. These are all areas where our digital facilities play a key role.
We offer you a challenging and varied position with room for initiative. You will be working in an enthusiastic team within a dynamic organization where dedicated employees collaborate to achieve significant social goals. The terms of employment are in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement for Public Libraries and depend on your knowledge and work experience. The position is classified in pay grade 9. The salary range is between €3,797 and €4,495 for a 36-hour workweek, excluding vacation pay and year-end bonus.
Don’t have any experience in the library sector, but are you enthusiastic about it? Heleen Rol, Deputy Director, would be happy to answer your questions: hrol@bibliotheekgooiplus.nl or 06-14428802.
You can express your interest by emailing your resume and cover letter to Annerie van Nieuwenhuizen at avnieuwenhuizen@bibliotheekgooiplus.nl.
The first interviews will take place on June 2 and 4.
The application deadline is May 27. The intended start date is August 1, 2026.
