ICT & Digital Development Consultant

What will you be doing?

• You will serve as the primary point of contact for IT and automation, both for employees and external parties, and will play a coordinating role with the primary IT vendor and other suppliers.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that systems, networks, and the technical infrastructure remain operational.
• You will monitor developments in information technology and translate them into policy recommendations, an IT policy plan, and project plans (including budgets).
• You will set up efficient work processes and ensure they align with other business processes.
• You take a hands-on approach: whenever possible, you handle malfunctions and technical issues yourself and get hands-on with systems, equipment, and cabling.
• You will serve as the key user of the library system (Wise) and optimize its use and management.
• You will manage the help desk, support employees, and ensure that instructions and manuals are clear and up to date.
• You will take the lead in digital security and drive improvements and innovations to keep systems and processes secure.
• You will work part-time each week providing direct customer service at our locations.

The salary range is between €3,797 and €4,495 for a 36-hour workweek, excluding vacation pay and year-end bonus.
