
What you will be doing
As an advisor to the Video Division, you are responsible for developing the Video Division’s annual plan. This annual plan serves as the basis for coordinating the programming of our linear, online, and on-demand channels. You will do this in collaboration with your colleagues in Video, Strategy, Research, and Audio. You will ensure a meticulous process surrounding the Annual Plan, including coordination with the broadcasters.

As an advisor to the Video Division, you are responsible for developing the Video Division’s annual plan. This annual plan serves as the basis for coordinating the programming of our linear, online, and on-demand channels. You will do this in collaboration with your colleagues in Video, Strategy, Research, and Audio. You will ensure a meticulous process surrounding the Annual Plan, including coordination with the broadcasters.
In addition, you will take on specific activities that need to be coordinated and carried out, both planned and unplanned. These include, for example, projects related to the programming of theme weeks, fundraising campaigns, festivals, and the season opening. You will also support the Video Department in improving its organization and processes. We are on our way to becoming a learning organization that, by conducting short-cycle evaluations and working in a data-driven manner, can quickly respond to changes in the media landscape, viewing behavior, and the needs of the public.
On behalf of the Video Department, you will maintain a network for knowledge sharing, strategy development, innovation, and stakeholder management. In this role, you will report to the Director of Video.
Initiative, collaboration/networking, stress resilience, persuasiveness, and a results-oriented approach are well-developed competencies.
The position of Video Department Advisor is a permanent, full-time role (36 hours per week). You will receive a one-year contract, and the salary ranges from €4,354 to €7,047 gross per month based on a 36-hour workweek. We determine the salary based on education, experience, and equal pay for all genders.
