We are looking for a
Neighborhood and Complex Manager
Amsterdam Southeast (Brasavillage and Holendrecht)

This is the job for you
- You will be part of the Neighborhood Development & Quality of Life Department, which is dedicated to creating pleasant neighborhoods.;
- You will work closely with the other neighborhood managers in the region, the Neighborhood Development and Quality of Life Coordinator, and the Care and Nuisance Coordinator;
- You will be working in Brasavillage, a new housing development (jointly established by the housing associations Ymere, Rochdale, and Eigen Haard). The development is home to both refugees with residency status and regular tenants, and a community is taking shape there. You will also be working in two large condominium complexes in Holendrecht;
- You will serve as the public face and point of contact for Eigen Haard; you will be a connector in the neighborhood;
- You will help improve the quality of life in the neighborhood (keeping it clean, safe, and well-maintained). As part of this, you will make daily rounds through parts of the neighborhood and the housing complexes to enforce regulations and conduct inspections;
- You ensure that tenants comply with the agreed-upon rules of conduct and provide them with the necessary information. You work together with colleagues and network partners to achieve your goal;
- You take the initiative to improve conditions in the neighborhood or in Eigen Haard’s buildings. Together with residents and other stakeholders in the neighborhood, you work to ensure, for example, that the neighborhood becomes cleaner and that more tenants contribute to this effort;
- You come up with projects, tackle them in a structured way, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to get the job done.
- You know what repairs need to be done in the common areas of the buildings and are also able to perform minor repairs.

You also have:
- At least a high school diploma;
- Familiarity with the social map of the Amsterdam Zuidoost region or an interest in learning more about it

In exchange for sharing your talent, we offer you:
- In addition to a salary ranging from €3,203 to €4,003 gross per month based on a 36-hour workweek (Scale F of the Housing Services Collective Bargaining Agreement), you will also receive a fixed-amount year-end bonus
