Webcare Representative– Part-time – Available immediately – Part-time job – Amsterdam
We are looking for an enthusiastic Webcare Representative to join our Hospitality & Products team. Do you feel right at home in the world of social media? Is hospitality a top priority for you, and would you enjoy helping residents and visitors navigate the wide range of offerings at the Metropool? Then read on!
What will you be doing?
As a Webcare Representative, you’ll be the online face of the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area. Together with another Webcare Representative, an intern, and the team at the I amsterdam Store, you’ll ensure excellent (online) service. You’ll ensure that the expectations of the target audience are exceeded during every online interaction with residents and visitors. In doing so, you’ll increase engagement and create “I amsterdam ambassadors.”
Your responsibilities as a Webcare Representative are varied, which means no two days are the same! You’ll be working closely with various teams within the organization, such as the City Card team, the social media team, the communications department, and our colleagues at the I amsterdam Store.

You have a talent for writing, are proactive, and have a service-oriented mindset. You’re creative in coming up with solutions to problems that residents or visitors encounter and share on social media. You’re comfortable with frequent social media use and are well aware that the wrong response can cause damage. You can empathize well with the target audience and prioritize that perspective. Additionally, you know how to respond clearly and with the appropriate tone of voice.
