Rental agents play a central role in the process of renting and selling Wooncompagnie properties. This requires discipline, organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. Are you technically and administratively skilled, business-minded, and socially adept? Can you adapt quickly and handle stress well? If so, you might just be the right person for this challenging role.
You love a challenge
You are responsible for the entire rental process, from start to finish. At the office, you handle lease terminations, advertise the properties, and draft lease agreements. For property inspections and handovers, you’ll visit the properties yourself. This is challenging, but above all, varied and enjoyable. The tenant’s interests are paramount. You’ll find it energizing to provide tenants with a positive moving experience.
You actively contribute ideas on how to improve work processes and are eager to take the lead on digitization and automation within the team. You work both independently and collaboratively with your team. You also collaborate with Daily Maintenance, Neighborhoods, and external parties. A collaborative mindset is essential.
You are available to work flexibly in both Hollands Kroon and Schagen, and you will serve as the link between the two areas.
Quality is your top priority
As part of the Relocation Team, you’ll work efficiently to deliver high-quality service. You’ll thrive in this dynamic role, which requires initiative and strong planning and organizational skills. You’ll assess the impact of your decisions and communicate thoughtfully with tenants and other stakeholders. Based on developments both within and outside our organization, you’ll implement improvements to the leasing and sales processes.
What do you have to offer?
Preferably, you have experience in a similar role. You possess the knowledge and skills expected of someone with an MBO+ level of work and thinking, regardless of your formal educational background—for example, through relevant work experience. You have knowledge of and experience with basic architecture, the leasing and sale of residential properties, and relevant laws and regulations. In addition, you preferably have knowledge of commercial real estate (CRE). You are digitally savvy and enthusiastic about contributing to the further digitization and automation of work and work processes. You hold a Class B driver’s license. It would be a plus if you are familiar with our ZIG Dynamics Empire automation system.
