As an Urban Activation & Content Marketer, you will develop creative content strategies that resonate with the lives of urban entrepreneurs and young people.
You analyze customer data to optimize campaigns and amplify the impact of local initiatives through smart activations. You serve as the primary point of contact for local colleagues and translate their ideas into effective campaigns that contribute to growth, vitality, and entrepreneurship in the city.
Together with enthusiastic colleagues, you’ll ensure that Rabobank is visible where it matters most: right at the heart of urban life. In this role, you’ll develop innovative content, explore new communication channels, and amplify the impact of local urban initiatives through smart conversion optimization. Together, you’ll bring ideas to life that contribute to growth, vitality, and entrepreneurship in the five largest cities in the Netherlands.
We are centrally recruiting for two Urban Activation & Content Marketers (one with a focus on young people and one on (young) businesses). As an Urban Activation & Content Marketer, you will be based in Utrecht (as part of the Chapter Marketing team) and will work across all five major cities. You will collaborate closely with national and local managers and content marketers. You will serve as the link between national strategy and local execution, directly impacting Rabobank’s growth and visibility.Additionally, you will be part of an overarching community where all roles dedicated to urban growth exchange experiences and initiatives. This “urban growth” community will consist of approximately 25 FTE.
