Social Services Case Manager (32–38 hours)
As a social enterprise, Stichting Kringloopcentrum de Wegwijzer Zeist, hereinafter Kringloop Zeist has been operating sustainably for 40 years. In five municipalities, we work with heart and soul to give goods and people a second chance. We do this together with our employees and customers.

We are looking for a social services program coordinator for our Programs and Day Activities department.
As a Program Coordinator, you will support our participants on-site at the thrift store in developing workplace skills, with a focus on increasing their self-reliance in the workplace and enabling them to function as independently as possible in society. You will assist clients with the sometimes practical aspects of their work during the activation process and advise colleagues on how to manage these activities.

- It is important that you are able to work well with others, give and receive feedback within your team, and reflect on your own performance.
- You feel responsible for more than just your own work. You also take a broad-based approach and are familiar with local resources; in addition, knowledge of the procedures and funding mechanisms under the WLZ/WMO and volunteer work is a plus.
- You have experience providing on-the-job training to colleagues
- You are skilled at networking to maintain relationships with supply chain partners and clients and to establish new ones with potential partners and clients.
Your responsibilities:
- Conducting intake interviews with candidates from various target groups (participation, integration, activation, WMO, WLZ)
- Being present on the job site to guide and coach candidates
- Maintaining good relationships with clients
- Monitoring and implementing support plans in accordance with our clients' requirements
- Developing development plans for our participants
- Planning, conducting, and documenting performance reviews
- Performing administrative tasks such as preparing meeting minutes, development plans, and reports
- Supervising interns (developing and maintaining training plans, documentation, and building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and colleges)
Your qualifications:
- You have a college-level education and way of thinking, with training in social work (or a related field)
- Entry-level candidates with the right (internship) work experience and an interest in our target audience are welcome
