Are you ready to take the next step and help shape an ambitious agency where you’ll have plenty of room to take the initiative and be creative? Do challenging client projects excite you, and do you enjoy working with large, internationally operating clients? If so, we’d love to talk to you!
As an employer, Ludens aims to be just as diverse as its participants. This means we are actively seeking new colleagues who will contribute to Ludens’ diversity, which encompasses factors such as cultural background, educational background, and gender.
As a Trainer, you’ll play a leading role in our modular Management Development and Young Talent programs, where personal leadership is always the central theme. You have a wide range of coaching and training techniques at your disposal and enjoy working with a diverse group of participants. You can identify what the individual or group needs in the moment to take the next step in their development. In doing so, you operate at the intersection of professional and personal development.
As a Program Manager, you are responsible for the quality and content of several of our customized training programs. You ensure that the right trainers are assigned, maintain contact with the client, and focus on continuous improvement. You also oversee the business side of a program and manage it to achieve the client’s objectives. You work closely with our project coordinators and our (freelance) trainers.
In addition, you will visit potential clients and advise them on complex, customized projects. Based on client needs, you will design programs and develop them into commercial proposals. In this role, you will be one of Ludens’ leading figures and enthusiastically take on a pioneering role in professionalizing and further developing our organization.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset, possess an academic level of work and thinking, have at least 5 years of experience as a trainer, and are able to work with participants at the intersection of professional and personal growth.
In addition
Hard work is the norm here, but of course there’s also time to relax. Maybe a quick game of table tennis, a walk around the block, or just catching up with a colleague. That’s how we strike the right balance together!
