Here's what a future colleague has to say
"I’ve been happily working at the Library for a year and a half now, and my experience is that you’re given plenty of freedom to use your own vision and leadership to take both yourself and your team to the next level. Talent as a foundation, diversity as a strength
Of our more than 45,000 students and 4,500 staff members, no two are alike! Can you imagine how dynamic that is—that enormous variety of personalities, backgrounds, and perspectives? It’s important, too, because we believe that it is precisely thanks to that diversity that we perform better as an employer and as a university of applied sciences of and for the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area.
