IT Support Specialist (M/F/X)

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Provide daily support to colleagues with all kinds of IT questions and requests;
• Assist employees in using specific software;
• Developing and proposing solutions to IT-related problems and incidents;
• Creating and deleting AD user accounts and Exchange accounts in conjunction with onboarding and offboarding policies, while assigning the relevant permissions within the NTR domain;
• Installing, configuring, and managing various software and hardware;
• Granting and renewing licenses;
• Setting up laptops and cell phones for use and handing them out—and providing a wide range of other personalized customer service to make the day-to-day work of all NTR employees as comfortable as possible!

This is you:

• Solution-oriented and collaborative;
• Precise and organized, but also someone who can adapt quickly and multitask;
• Enthusiastic, approachable, and a good communicator;
• Someone who picks up new software quickly;
• A support representative with knowledge of office automation and IT equipment for end users (e.g., laptops and mobile devices);
• At home on Windows 10/11, Mac OS, iOS, and Android;
• Experienced in working with Active Directory and Office 365.

Here's what we offer:

A one-year contract, with the possibility of a permanent contract. Depending on your knowledge and experience, this position is classified within salary grade F (€2,711.87 – €3,988.60) of the broadcasting collective bargaining agreement.
