Diverse assignments
You will work on various assignments focused on organizational development or strategy and policy in the social sector. Depending on your expertise, experience, and professional development needs, your assignments may range from, for example, developing a strategy for a social services organization, conducting research for a municipality on youth care, or supporting an education team with educational innovation.
Thinking and Doing
You’ll work on about five to seven projects of varying sizes at the same time, ensuring quality and overseeing the process. In your work, you’re able to get to the heart of the matter and see the bigger picture. In every advisory process, you incorporate the latest (scientific) developments and actively engage with the field. You are able to hold a conversation at every level of an organization: from a young person dropping out of school to the city council member. The advice we provide is rock-solid and yields lasting results. We believe it is important that our clients and the target audience find our projects refreshing.
Mentoring colleagues
With energy and humor, you work together with colleagues to develop a recommendation. Everyone’s contribution matters. In projects, you take everyone’s perspective into account and combine different viewpoints to achieve the best possible outcome. Within your projects, you mentor colleagues (from interns to experienced consultants), challenging and inspiring them.
Get Involved
You will serve as a sounding board for the three partners at Goed geschud. You will lead internal projects and help build our organization and strengthen our company’s position in the social sector.
Acquisition
You play a key role in business development. You actively seek out new business opportunities and leverage your own network to secure projects. You coordinate and help draft proposals, and conduct initial consultations and proposal presentations.
