
Play a key role in coordinating, facilitating, and optimizing the grant processes and internship planning at St. Antonius Hospital, from concept to implementation. In this versatile position (24–32 hours per week), you’ll have plenty of opportunity to contribute your own ideas and work in an ambitious and inspiring environment.
As a grant advisor, you are the driving force behind the grant processes related to training programs at the Antonius Academy. You identify grant opportunities, spot and capitalize on potential, and actively contribute to the development of new funding streams. You coordinate the entire application process: from conducting research and answering inquiries to drafting and submitting grant proposals. You ensure the efficient organization of work processes, including budgets, and contribute to streamlined annual planning. You maintain contact with stakeholders both within and outside the hospital and act as a bridge between substantive goals and formal requirements set by laws and regulations. Thanks to your coordinating and advisory role, grants are utilized optimally and effectively accounted for to grant providers. In addition, you are also responsible for coordinating efficient internship planning.

You will be working at the Antonius Academy in Utrecht alongside another grant advisor and three administrative staff members. When one of you is absent, you and the other advisor will cover each other’s duties. You will also work closely with the business controller and report to the department head.
