You conduct performance reviews and determine the annual workload in consultation with the faculty team.
As the leader of the faculty team, you are able to facilitate the self-managing faculty teams, both in terms of content and process. As a member of the management team, you help draft the academy’s budget. You allocate funds from the program budget to project leaders within the faculty team.
